AMD kind of reminds me of the T.V. show Cheers. With all the different characters and personalities...and all the different daily dramas and comedy of errors...sooner or later...you just know that something funny or unexpected is going to happen. Yep...that's Pervia.  So I thought it might be fun to recast Cheers...AMD style...using some of our beloved AMD'ers.

I don't think I watched it more than three times, so I'll have to pass. Truth be told I don't believe that I really have watched any sitcoms very much since the seventies when cable came into play.
But AMD has been compared to a coffee house or neighborhood bar many times and it is a good analogy.

Oh no bunny... I never said I didn't want to be Norm. Just said I wasn't sure I could live up to the name.
Norm was my hero growing up, but putting in that many hours on a bar stool takes some serious dedication. However, I was to the point everyone knew my name, and the drink I wanted when I walked into several bars where I used to live. So I feel maybe it is a fit for me (and like Norm, also never had to pay my tab).
