Do You Have More Guy Friends...Or More Girl Friends? posted 4/16/2010 5:12:10 PM | 2 kudos what's this?     report abuse tagged: friends, women, men, relationships, question   KitKat25 I was thinking the other day about friendship and how my personal friendships have evolved over the years. When I was younger...I seemed to have an equal amount of guys and girls as friends because of the types of activities I was involved in at that particular time in my life. As I've gotten older, I've been burned by a couple of close girl friends so badly...that I've gotten very picky about who I chose to spend time with...or trust my secrets with. What about you Pervia? Do you have more guy friends...or more girl friends? Me? During my 20's...I had more girl friends than guy friends. And in my 30's...I had more guy friends than girl friends. Right now...it depends on how you look at things. In the real world...I have more girl friends...although the number is quite small...and on the Net...I seem to have an equal amount of guy and girl friends. Your turn... 	In my teens thru my 20's, it was equal..then in my 30's more of my friends are women.

	Most of my best friends have always been men in real life. I just always got along better with them than females. I tend to be a wee bit outspoken at times and men deal with that quality better.

	I have imaginary friends...j\k I gave them up when I was 24...j\k.....25.....j\k again...or am I? (I don't know what a friend is anymore to tell you the truth) I know a lot of people, but I unknowing must push them away somehow... right now, though.....1 guy friend and 2 gal friends...I'd have to say about 50\50

	I use to have more Women Friends than Men...but They always try to wiggle that Ass back into a relationship..... I have mostly men friends, now a days!

	i dont have any friends... *looks on friends list* opps,....never mind Oh. that's just a list of people that feel sorry for you...oops... I wasn't supposed to tell you that... It has varried a bit from time to time for me in real life. I have moved around a lot, so the group of friends I hangout with has changed a bit through the years, and at certain points, I had way more female, or way more male freinds. I'd say over all though... about equal. On here, I have more females on my friends list. Not sure if that means much though, because none of them have ever picked me to be on the desserted island with them...

	i dont have any friends... *looks on friends list* opps,....never mind You need an ass kicking and Im wearing the heels that can do it...... I grew up with a lot more boys than girls............my parents took in kids by the dozens........and they were mostly boys........so I guess for the most part I am more comfortable with males than I am with females. That's not to say that I don't have female friends but it takes a lot longer to form friendships with them. If you notice most people here have a tendency to have a majority of their friends that are opposite of their own gender..........I believe to some extent its easier to be friends with someone who are not going to be in competition from..........a woman who has another woman as a friend will always be in competition of who looks the nicer, who will have the mans attention.........so on..........whereas if a woman and a man are friends they won't be competing unless of course one of them is gay...............JMO
