Okay, who has a problem about my postings of Dolores O'Riordan videos. I would like to invite anyone to discuss this in a civilized manner with me. It's been brought to my attention that I should tone it down. I will not get angry about this...I just need to hear valid points being made as to why it is a problem. I respect all members here and have done the best I could in not being a dick towards anyone, so if you need to express something about my beautiful Dolores obsession in hopes that I turn it down a notch or keep it flowing, let me know in a respectful manner (don't be a dick about it) with a valid point in tow. And humor of any sort is absolutely welcome.

Well, since you asked, John, I'll give my input. I just feel that going so overboard with this topic is painting you in a not so flattering light. You're probably a nice guy and all, and you offer up a lot of humor and personality on this site. But by posting these type of blogs over and over is making you look like a stalker in a sense. I know that we all have people we like, and are somewhat fans of, but toning this down a bit would be a good idea in my opinion.
My last comment on your previous blog, I was just messin' with you a bit, and wish you had not taken that personally. Maybe a crossed a line a bit with you by writing that. If I did then I apologize for that.

The way I see it is that we don't have nearly enough information about John to make that kind of decision.
It can easily be said that someone like Byron Lars has an obsession or a fetish in regards to clothing, but then again as a top designer that's expected of him.
Healthy fetishes or obsessions don't interfere with your ability to lead a normal life (hold a job, have a beau, or maintain multiple interests and hobbies.) Unhealthy ones prevent these things.
I think it's safe to say that no one on this site likes Dolores O'Riordan more than John does, although it's possible. But if anything is true then it's opposite is also true and therefore it's also safe to say that there are many people that don't share John's feelings towards what appears to be his favorite artist.
As long as he is respectful of that and others are respectful of him, then at least in that aspect it's a healthy thing.
Whether or not he goes too far would be just like trying to pass judgment on someone with a stuffed animal fetish. Until you have all of the info it's just not possible.

Noooo straddle, i did not take that personal... I know you for your sense of humor... You're great, pal. But let me assure you guys that I am NOT a stalker. I've been posting Dolores vids because I think she is one of the most talented artists to ever walk the planet. Alot of us here in america don't know what she's done. I myself didn't know until 1 and a half years ago. I just couldn't believe how someone as gifted with raw talent like her could go un-noticed here in the USA. I find out that it's because the bigtime record companies cant control her so they block her out from the commercial mainstream spotlight. They just can't stop her outside the US. I love music. My bands were fleetwood mac, the cure, slayer, wu-tang clan, rem, etc But honestly, none of those bands or artists poses the fire this petite 98 lbs. irish woman has. I know and it's fucking amazing the feats she's accomplished. She even turned down the movie TITANIC so they opted with celine deon instead. I just wanted to share her awesome music and life with even just one person, because I just didn't think anyone could be so perfect. I'm just saying... she is the baddest mother fucker I've ever known about. If I ever seen her walking on the side of the road, I'd pull over and tell Jesus he needs to sit in the back, LOL! Besides being silly about this whole thing, I really didn't think anyone gave a shit about the video section here on this site. Even now, I'm still wondering what's the big deal?
