I mowed Grass Today ... posted 3/31/2010 4:32:58 PM | 3 kudos what's this?     report abuse   onehornytoad69 and it made me think..about The Youth !!! See...I just set Outdoors...and the Most awesome feeling came over me. Old man Winter is Gone... (or going! )!! I set there sucking up all the Beauty I could...though I did have to finish up Mowing. (Which was cool with me!!! I Love to Mow my Lawn!!) New Growth is going on... Bushes are blooming.... it was/is.....Nature at its Best!!! Most of our Children and Grand Children....have been raised up Indoors! That made a big Question Mark Pop up in my lil brain..... What will Make them happy or have a Special Moment.... Like I had today?(and I'm Not done ..gotta get me some more of that!!!! )... When they get Older? (Like I am!) Have We Let down our Children/Grand kids?? 	My favorite thing is to set by the river and just watch the water, listening to the sounds of nature hoping for a fish to jump up and splash back.........my granddaughter is too young yet to enjoy that but my children to this day love to sit by the river and just enjoy what our Higher Power gave us to enjoy. Nice blog kudos

	What will give me a high when I get older? Older than what? Probably getting out of my chair. Right now.. what gets me really goin is a fresh pallet paper covered in dabs of this color or that color and a clean white canvas on the easel. yeah.. that' gets my mojo runnin. I commented on your do on your pic.

	What is going to make me happy when I am older (no comments here and I mean it) is probably more or less just seeing what it out there that I have not already experienced. I think my kids might have been the last generation to grow up playing outside in the summer with their friends. The new generation will have to find a different happy place I suppose. BTW if someone wants some of the nature growing in my front yard they can have it. Just take it far enough away it cannot make me sneeze again. Me and mother nature are about to have a serious discussion about how many blooms are on those trees.
