Whoever said that definitely would have quit by now!  Around here, a pack of Marlboro is almost $6.

a packet of 50's horizon blue cigarettes like my missus smokes cost's me $19.20 on average and varies a cple of bucks depending on where you purchase them.

I do remember when prices of everything was much lower,like cigarettes were 35 cents when I started smoking,but as mentioned earlier,the wages earned were also a lot lower,,,,some people would like their paychecks of today with the prices of yesteryear,that would be nice,but not going to happen.
