Here in Ohio it started out as not such a bad winter this year.
But as of now, I am sick, sick , sick of snow!!!
I'm tired of finding my car and digging it out, and then trying to find a place to park if I go anywhere. Just to do it all over again within a few days.
And today the weather man said shovel fast because we have another winter storm coming through the beginning of next week, and if it follows course that the last 3 have it'll be the worst one yet this winter.... 
When did winter get to be this long?
Straddle,you keep saying you want snow.... bring your butt up here and get all the snow you want... we are having a really good sale on it this week. All you can take for free.
Heck, I'd almost pay you to take some of it.
At least so I can find my car and have a safe place to park........
Is spring coming anytime in the near future?

I would be happy to take as much of it off your hands as you like. We do not get much here and I love snow. I am the only person I know who would probably be headed north when everyone else was heading south.

You guys can have it from here too. I told some people the other day, I live in Alabama because I don't want to deal with snow and the cold. But this winter it has been terrible. I thought we were having global warming, but damn, I think it's going the other way.

Straddle,you keep saying you want snow.... bring your butt up here and get all the snow you want... we are having a really good sale on it this week. All you can take for free The last two days we finally got some much needed snow here on the river in southern Ohio. We got a total of around 6-7 inches on the ground right now, with snow snow drifts a little high as up to 12-14 inches. We may see some more this coming weekend.

 Snow .. What's snow I gots a little for ya, but only goes up about 5 feet or so. Remember when they told you you are crazy for thinkin of comin up here to MN because of the snow?? Well, think of this as training ... Then again, up here your car would be in a heated garage ....

We've had it a lot worse snow wise in my area. There's probably around 6 inches on the ground. It's the cold that is getting to me. February is notorious for bitter cold and it's staying true to form. One more month to deal with and hopefully there'll be some light at the end of this very cold, snowy tunnel.

Thank you..........thank all of you for taking the snow this year..........I was trying to think of the last snow storm we had............and I believe it was Christmas.......we don't have even close to the amount of snow we usually due..........and the temperature is in the mid 30s when we are usually below zero..........Even tho its been cold here a few days.............last year was a hellava lot colder and if I have to have winter...........and living in MN i do...........I would take this winter over most of them.............
As for that ground hog.............you will get use to it here.......CL...........if he sees his shadow there is 6 more weeks of winter...........and if he doesn't see his shadow there will be a month and a half left of winter....................LOL

We have an over abundance of sunshine here in S.W. Florida..
It has been cold though..40's at night and only around 60 days..
But we'll be back to normal Sat. Low 60's to mid 70's

I don't think I would be so upset about all the snow if the people who park on the streets around here would do as they are Supposed to and move so the plows can plow and we would actually have somewhere to park instead of in snow banks, or cars sticking out all over the place parked where ever they think they aren't going to get stuck.

Are you sure they just didn't take all the snow we got and piled it in one spot.

I'm with Dayna, thank you for taking all our snow, we haven't had a bad one since around christmas time. And in fact have almost no snow, it is such a nice reprieve from the frigid weather and hip deep snow we usually get, well thats what we had last winter that is.

After the two previous winters up here be one snow storm after another, I've been enjoying the relatively quiet winter we've had here. Only one major snow storm the whole season.  I'm not going to tease anyone cause I remember last year going through the same thing..just get the driveway dug out, only to have to dig it out again a day or two later.
Wish I could tell you how to send all the lovely white stuff into Straddles backyard, but, I haven't figured out how to do it yet. But when I do, you will definitely be one of the first I contact.

I was just in your area yesterday...Where are there snow drifts that high? I must of missed it.. The snow drifts were up that high against my privacy fence on the east part of my back yard. It got up around 40 today, so a lot of the snow in our area has melted a little. We're due for some more snow later in the weekend through Tuesday.

Vancouver had record amounts of snow last year...but not this year. I wish we could take all that snow and bring it to the top of Cypress Mountain. I think some of the athletes are having a hell of a time with the lack of snow around here. It's melting as quickly as they put it on the mountain and it's creating slushie conditions. I really feel bad for some of the athletes. 
Yep...this is a one time offer. Vancouver will take ALL the snow you all want to get rid of.
Of course, this offer is null and void when the Olympics are over.
