As i have mentioned...I am not eating much in the way of carbs.
So this morning, I had sausage and eggs for breakfast. I have one piece of sausage left over.
This evening, after work, I broke the patty into four pieces and put it in Little Jakes food dish.
I guess he wasnt in the mood for sausage, so while i was busy doing something else (he thought) he takes one sausage piece and hides in under the couch cushion.
He worked so hard, I dont have the heart to move it, I will wait until he is asleep....
Such a sweet little dog, I bet he was saving it for me.

Ynot, I lost 3 lbs last week!
I dont know if I mentioned it or not, but my friend Peggys husband joined TOPS with me. He is a big burly, happy outgoing sort of guy. We decided that the biggest loser of the week would be treated to dinner at the resturant of biggest loser choice each week.
Last week I lost 3 lbs, to his 1.5, and let the trash talking begin....on the way to weight in, I start in...well let me see....where do I want you to buy my dinner tonite....yummy yummy....after weight in, I inform his wife/my friend that I lost twice the weight he did!
So we dine at a local steak house, as i tell the waitress and cashier of my treat!
the next day, I call, just to remind him how much I enjoyed my dinner, I could hear hiim in the back ground..."THAT WILL BE THE LAST DAMN DINNER I PAY FOR....we are haveing a great time.

well WC...i used same diet ..under 20grms carbs daily to go from 325 to 212 in 11mos......
you'll note my pic here?? part of the reason also use low carb high protein is muscle growth....but if you want some tips let me know....been there done that ..
