Congratulations on your interview! 
Just relax when you get there, look him or her in the eyes when giving your answers and try not to fidget while sitting there! If you can, try to find out a little of his/her's business which indicates you have an interest in what they do- assuming this is a different type of work than you're familiar with! Oh, don't offer anymore information than what they ask for- in other words, give the answer and leave it at that until the next question!! Don't get chatty... you might give away more than you intended to- also, they probably have a time frame they're working with too!

You've gotten some really great advice so far, the only other thing I would suggest is to maybe Google some sample interview questions. You never know what a potential employer is going to ask during an interview, but at least you will have given some of the possible questions some thought. I included some links I found. I hope it helps.

Good luck! Be sure to pick out something to wear that makes you feel great about yourself, but not something you have to adjust or worry about! That will only make you self concious and you'll be worrying about your outfit and possibly not paying close attention to the interviewer! You can do it girl! I got faith in ya!

Make sure whatever you wear is business professional. Comfortable yes but make sire it says you are serious about your job. If you have a black or gray suit with a red blouse, it would be perfect. Red is a power color and that and the suit says business. If you don't have a suit wear the most business type attire you own. Other tips is never wear colored nail polish to an interview or an over amount of make up. Better to use neutral tones of lipstick and eye shadow when going for an interview. Never wear any over the top jewelry. Less is more. I took a class at a local college in dressing for success and that is just a few things they drilled in our heads.

Make sure youre as comfortable as possible @ the interview,ie well-rested,not hungry, thirsty or needing a bathroom break..lol Try to mimic the interviewers body language,but on a subtle level.Thatll help create a lil subconcious bond between you & the one interviewing you. Who knows,that may be the edge you need. Good Luck.Youll do great!
