I'm on a music thing so this follows suit. Most people use music as a energy producer. Some to get motivated for work and others to get pumped for sports. And even others to get ready for sex, but...

...what song or songs make you cry? What is that song or songs that no matter what the mood will cause you flat out cry.

For me it's Cats in the Cradle.

Cat's In The Cradle is a good one PP. Listen to B-side of that record. The song is Taxi. Another great song about a different subject that doesn't make me cry but brings back very strong memories also.

This song

because it reminds me of my best friend and the person I thought I would be spending the rest of my life with. He did not make it home from Nam. I could not listen to this song at all for a lot of years. Now it reminds me of the good times and a very special person.

Well there are a few.........

Dear Mr. Jesus

a song about child abuse..........I have yet to hear that without crying.......

One of Gary's Favorite songs

More than a Name

The song my mom use to sing to my dad when he was lying in bed dying of cancer

Blue eyes crying in the rain

and the song they played at Garys his Masonic Lodge

8th of November they played this because Gary always wanted others to remember how important it was to remember our fallen soldiers..............

I never make it thru any of these songs without crying............of course there are others but these are the ones that put me to tears the fastest and for the most personal of reasons.................

Blueeyes..................Lee Greenwoods song is the first song my children knew word for word and use to sing at the top of their voices when ever we went in a car not only does this song touch me for patriotic reasons but brings back good memories of when my kids were young.............thank you............and thank you for taps................each time i hear it........I am reminded of standing in Arlington National Cemetery buring Gary............for most that would only be a sad time, but I stood there proud that he had served and was able to be buried in one of the most prestigeous places in the it makes me cry for many reasons........Thank you again........... Crying is not always a bad thing.

I have heard Taps so many times. First when my s/o was buried although there Taps led right into the Native American drums of the Honor Song, again when my grandfather passed who was a WWI Vet, My dad's funeral who was a WWII vet and again at my uncle's funeral who served in WWII and Korea. I hope I never have to hear that song again in my family.

Lets see, what was that one song by "The Carpenters"? Ya know, the one in that movie Black Sheep with Chris Farley and what his name with that scene when both were in the car and that song started playing and they were both trying to fight back the tears.
