	Do you think Obama knows anything about business and how the economy or business works? Of course not, but look who he's surrounded himself with for guidance. That speaks volumes since all of these so called 'czars' are political paybacks, not to be confused with his payouts. Possibly, I'm being dense but I still can only conjecture as to the reference of your numbers.

	Obama - 8% (did you happen to notice the next lowest---Carter and just think what all he did for America ) Thanks Leo. I've stated it before....Obama is just a black Jimmy Carter who was elected under nearly identical circumstances. History repeats itself. (And no racial slurs are intended). Carter although considered highly intelligent, like Obama, was a complete dolt as a President. 4 years and back to the peanut farm. Obama will fare no better.
