Ever notice when someone tries to speak like their all educated it ends up sounding like a mixed up mess? With all kinds of extra words that don't even need to be used and at that, used improperly?

Just talk normal.

Is this normal? hahaha. I get what your saying though, and not everyone has to use big words to sound smart. Everyone makes typo's , but it is taken that they can't spell or use proper grammar. Heck, I work with computer's and still make many mistakes while typing. They can call me names or correct me but I really don't care. I make my living proudly.

What the heck are they trying to prove, when they try to use all those extra words. Oh yeah, I'm so educated and high class, you should be impressed that I can use all those big words in one sentence. Maybe their people can understand them. Sometimes when I hear that mumbo jumbo I want to tell them to shut the fuck up.

I was a journalism major and I still make mistakes if I try to type before noon. So what? They get the point of what I was trying to say so job done.

I don't know what's worse - someone who tries to overdo it or someone who doesn't try at all.

rotating oscillator
Redundant.... just saying...

This blog reminds me of someone. He shall remain nameless. Mostly because I don't know his actual name, nor do I give two flying shits. I'm sure you get the point though. Was that plain enough?

I am not going to apologize for my vocabulary. Four letter and four syllable words have always gotten me in trouble. If people don't like it, fuck 'em.

No, it wasn't redundant. Rotating means in a circular motion (a fan, CD, Record)
Oscillating means back and forth (side to side)

And I didn't even need a dictionary to know what Skwirl was saying
but, wouldn't saying when the sh*t hits the fan been a whole lot easier?

You were wanting to spread it out, huh, Skwirl?

No, it wasn't redundant. Rotating means in a circular motion (a fan, CD, Record)
Oscillating means back and forth (side to side)

Putting the two together would create a redundant motion, unless the speeds were such they cancelled each other out. Redundancy in motion, not in vocabulary.

But, that just wouldn't have sounded so eloquent.

Shells...you been around long enough, perhaps a few others...

Remember the self proclaimed psychologist with a Double Masters degree and full of holy fire who trolled around here for months and psychoanalyzed everyone, yet misspelled every third word...?

You should never have to apologize for that. I enjoy the four syllable words and intelligent insight into the blogs.

Reminds me of the first paper I turned into journalism class. I used a lot of big words. I even double checked to make sure they were spelled correctly and in the proper place. I was so proud of that paper. My teacher gave me a B because he said my paper gave him a headache. He asked me if I thought the general public would understand any of that or would read it after about two sentences. I got the point. LOL I was not writing for someone with a phd, I was writing to get a point across to people who would buy a paper or magazine on at the corner store. I try to remember that when I talk to people. Or as I was told, just because you know them you don't have to use them.

Depending upon whom I'm writing to, I used mixed grammar..
I generally do try to K.I.S.S. though..

Indeed, the surplusage of verbiage often leads to a loss of perspicacity.

LMAO This was great were as my panties have circumvented and now as it was before I no longer dissenter anything without knowledge as of my potential prestige and flamboyant demeanor.

But according to hydrologist Tom Synhymn, as a matter to be brought as of up to the table, as to the message, it's pertinent.
