Well lets say for whatever reasons you ask someone out on an obvious date and they say no. But then minutes, hours, days weeks go by and then they say that they do wanna go out with you. What would you do?
See, for me I'm to insecure maybe to think that those reasons could be valid and I'd think that since I'm a he that she wasn't being sincere so I would say no. So please let me know what you would do and why and then if you'd like to comment on my response go ahead.

Haven't you heard? Women reserve the implicit right to change their mind at the speed of light, about anything, anytime, anywhere...
Whether I would accept a second date would likely be on a case by case basis. For example, say I just won the lottery and she pops up....NO.
It would really depend on your personal feelings and how interested you are in her.

I would go out, but with different feeling for her then I had before.

That's right!
But, like DKW says, that would be on a "case by case basis".

I think it really depends on why she changed her mind. If she is willing to tell you then maybe you will consider her datable again. It could be she had a boyfriend that she needed to get rid of first. She shouldn't toy with your emotions, and if that is how you feel she is treating you, then I say don't go. Hugs...Best Wishes!

I'm thinking that would probably be a "not"... but again, there could be a case where I would.. oh, wait... I'm one of those flighty females... give me a second, let me see...

It would depend on the reasoning for them denying the first asking. If it were because they were ending one relationship or just freshly out of one... sure.. if it were because they 'settled' for me.. no.

It would depend on the situation, so i'll go with maybe.

I probably would but would feel compelled to ask her what changed her mind. That could be many reasons including dating somebody and it didn't work out, taking a time out from dating, etc.

I honestly don't know.... It would depend on the circumstances of them saying no....and then yes. And probably How they said no.

Like a lot of the other commenters have stated, it would depend on the reason why I was turned down the first time. I would want to know their explanation. If it was a reasonable explanation then I would consider going on date with them. However, sometimes having a good explanation isn't enough. If enough time has gone by...maybe I've meet someone else and I'm no longer interested.

I know I'm weird but to everyone who said that you'd have to ask why it was a no go the first time... WHo would say something negative? I know I'd also love to know why no as well but I don't think I would ask simply because the person is obviously gonna wanna sell themselves and how could I trust their excuse for the truth? Maybe I'm too sensitive? So maybe dkw is right and I'd have to take it as a case by case, date by date basis with one foot out ready to leave.
