They are asking that they be allowed to get vaccinated (H1N1) early, becaue of their job. They think it's something they deserve being that they are faced with tons of children daily. Which to me seems sensible. They are also wanting their elves to screen the line for really 'ill' looking children and will have hand sanatizer available. Here's the full story. Do you think the Santa's should be allowed to be vaccinated earlier than others? Is H1N1 even a threat to you anymore or is it a blown out of proportion deal? Anybody wanna fuck? 	Yes, I think the mall Santa's should get the vaccination. They are exposed to hundreds of kids who could be carrying the virus. H1N1 is a threat, I wouldn't take it lightly, but, there is a part of me that feels the media may have gone a bit overboard in their coverage of it too. Welcome back Sunshine!!!!

	I have to question the motives of the government 'over reacting' as they usually do in situations like this! Pretty much the same thing happened in the late 70s too and that appeared to be a 'hatchet job' as well! I did get my annual flu shot but I personally don't trust the government this time either in how this was handled and won't get an H1N1 shot or inhalant prevention! But that's just me- you do what you think is right for yourself! JMO

	sugarnspice005's comment wasn't there when I started writing my comment but I also agree about her thought about: "there is a part of me that feels the media may have gone a bit overboard in their coverage of it too." I would agree with that only, I would replace the word "bit" with: 'a lot' as the media also over reacts! But the reason for that is obvious- to make money! JMO

	I think it makes sense. They are going to be around tons of kids, so of course, they will be more susceptible to getting it. My honest opinion though is that the media is blowing this more out of proportion than it needs to be and everyone is running scared because of it.

	If Santas want the vaccination, then I think they should be allowed to get it. If nothing more, it will make them feel safer and there fore be a better, at ease Santa for the children.

	I dont blame them. Kids are great at getting sick and passing it around at school all day.
