	Yeah, you kill somebody in Texas, we kill you. But there have been some mistakes and we killed people that didn't kill anyone. But I will stay the state has been very proactive recently in reviewing new technologies in DNA and other forensic evidence to make sure that we don't kill innocent people. The reason the other states let Virginia handle his case is that they are more aggressive on the death penalty.
