I was talking to a good friend about household chores the other day. It was funny to hear their comments, as it seems everyone has one household chore they absolutely detest. 
I personally don’t mind doing laundry, dusting or vacuuming, but I absolutely hate cleaning the bathroom…I mean I really hate it…to the point of feeling sick hate it. So on cleaning day, this is a chore I struggle with tremendously. 
Which chore do you hate the most? 
Would this be a deal breaker in your relationship if your SO refused to step up and handle this chore in your relationship?

Laundry....absolutely hate it. I do it though, but my husband does most of it. He folds clothes so much better than me...I think that is from being in the military and learning to fold your clothes so meticulously. If he didn't do laundry, I don't know about it being a deal breaker though...we would just have a lot of wrinkly clothes

I really hate ironing and vacuuming. No, it wouldn't be a deal breaker in my relationship if my SO didn't want to .... I'd find something else for him to do, besides it's not the end of the world, the household chores would get done eventually...lol

Laundry!!!!!!!!!! Well I don't mind washing, drying and folding but I just hate putting it away.... I live out of the dryer! Maybe my power bill would go down a little if I were to actually hang my clothes when they come out of the dryer! LOL

Washing windows. I have to use steps to reach them, me being tiny. Feel as if I have climbed Mount Everest by the time I have finished doing them.

The constant picking up....it never ends. Deep cleaning, scrubbing, the once a week stuff....I don't mind that. I love how my house smells after wiping down the appliances and washing the floors. I don't mind laundry (though I do get tired of putting it away). Even dishes aren't that big of a deal (how many dirty dishes does one person create?). However, I do like a clean house so I do it. Right now I need to do some organizing and re-arranging and just can't motivate myself to get it done. Anyone want to come keep me company and kick my butt into gear? I need to get my butt off the computer now and get the house tidy so I can sit at my sewing machine for the rest of the weekend...

I hate doing dishes. When we moved here though and there is a dishwasher, I was in heaven lol. For years we hand washed dishes and I avoided that as much as I could. Husband did them. We now take turns on them. The only other thing I can't stand is I get soo tired of picking up clothes, toys, school papers and anything else the kids just throw on the floor ! Now, I make them clean up most of it. Hubby helps out alot with all chores and cleaning. Dunno what I would do if he didn't, semms there is always alot to do here daily. Guess thats what happens when you have 4 kids running around.

Dishes. Dishes, dishes, dishes. Dishes that can be 2 sinks full and high as Everest with food that has fossilized over the day due to no pre-soak outta consideration or use of the garbage disposal. Pot washing is also an adventure for only the bravest in this house...

I'd have to go with dishes and folding and putting laundry away!
I hate washing dishes!! Now for laundry, I'm good with keeping the washing up, but it's folding and putting away that I am lazy at. Many a morning I've put clothes in the dryer to de-wrinkle.

Well, it looks like a lot of us hate doing dishes, laundry and cleaning bathrooms. I actually do a lot of thinking when I do laundry so I consider it my "me time". But I can also get behind with it occasionally and it sounds like I'm not alone. I have "dewrinkled" my fair share of clothes in the dryer...just like L4E, Softy, PTN, and 31Sunshine. Hey, it works! 
As far as dishes go...yeah, I too have lived with and without a dishwasher, and I much prefer having a dishwasher than doing all my dishes by hand. Washing dishes by hand totally sucks!
Anyone want to come keep me company and kick my butt into gear? I need to get my butt off the computer now and get the house tidy so I can sit at my sewing machine for the rest of the weekend...
I've actually had a few girlfriends come over when I needed to get my butt into gear on a house project. We had lots of fun...and the work got done in the half the time. Plus, if they help you...you will be able to return the favor in the future when they need a little help of their own. It's a win-win for everyone involved.

I did a blog like this not too long ago.
And I hate dishes. I will let them pile up until I have to wash them.
Laundry. I hate putting it away.
I don't dust.  Except my hardwood floor's. I go over them daily with a damp mop only because I have cat's and I don't like cat hair.
My boyfriend was good at cleaning. Geeze I knew I missed him for a reason,..
The bathroom is one room I keep clean. I don't like a dirty bathroom.

Household chores? Well...since it is just me, I don't worry about any of them much. When I am in a relationship I am on it...I like doing them for others, but not myself.... ...If I had to pick one thing I really don't like to do, I guess it would be cleaning up fter cooking...

That's what I think too. Sadly, it seems like I am always helping them but when it comes to them helping me things get in the way...
