So the other day I took my man to go get his Medical Use Marijuana Card. He is a disabled vet an does really have more than enough conditions to qualify. Well of course its getting to the point as many people in WA that can take advantage it do. The waiting room was full of all sorts from the typical stoner type up to a really high grey haired older lady with a bad case of the munchies that was just funny as heck. So after all the hoop jumping my man now has a license to smoke marijuana. They gave him a card and a bunch of legal papers including a form to hand to the cops if they decide to harass him. 
ATTENTION LAW ENFORCEMENT
I am a legal marijuana patient, as defined by the state of Washington Medical Marijuana Act, RCW 69.51A. A cop of that document is attached to this letter. I have also attached a copy of my Physicians Recommendation as required by RCW 69.51A CBR Medical, Inc and its affiliated physicians contact numbers are: Seattle 774-6493 or Spokane 242-8624. I have also attached a copy of my Washington State Driver License/ID, as well as a copy of this patients Washington State Driver License/ID
I am in possession of less than my necessary "60 day supply" as defined by RCW 69.51A. I will not answer any questions as related to my status as a qualified patient, my medical condition, my dosage requirements or the number of plants that I need to meet my "60 day supply" or any other questions regarding my medical condition or medication. This information is confidential and is strictly protected under the Federal HIPAA law that protects the confidentially of my medical information. Requesting this information, without a subpoena, violates my right against self-incrimination.
Furthermore, I will not speak with you unless I am accompanied by my attorney. Any further attempt to speak to me without the presence of my attorney will be considered coercion. I do not, and will not, agree to a search of my home, person, property, or vehicle, under any circumstances, without a search warrant.
This Letter, the copy of my Physician's Letter of Authorization, a copy of my Washington State Driver License/ID, and a copy of RCW 69.51A are being provided for your records and incident report. I encourage review of this documentation before taking action.
Not that I really want to deal with the cops but this damn letter is so funny I almost wanna go hand it to one.  What a very amusing and educational day I had at the pot doc office.
