My dog, Buddy, has been on a tear all day today. He's a lab mix, and my comedian. He likes to get on the "junk" couch I keep for the dogs to lay on, and roll, scoot, twist, and so on until he knocks the cushions off. Then he will lay there and go to sleep. When he wakes up and jumps down, I will put the cushions back on the couch. Today, he has decided he's "bored" with that one, and wants to get on MY couch, and do the same. I've been arguing with this brat off and on all day about it. So, I get him convinced to stop that...and I think, ok, that's done. Yeah, not the same with Buddy...he has found something else to drive me nuts with.....he's antagonizing his sisters, Tazzy and Princess. Circles them till they get pissed and growl at him. He is finally napping, after knocking the cushions on the floor again.

I got a feeling I know why Buddy is being such a brat today. The weather. It's been overcast and raining all day, and he's been locked up in the house most of the day. Except for the few times I "made" them go outside to do their business. I swear, a little rain, and these dogs think they will melt. Let it snow, and they're out there romping, rolling in it, and snuffling their noses in it. The other dogs, for the most part have been napping the day away. I know tomorrow I'm in for it if it stops raining because they are going to be wanting outside.

So far...my day has been quiet, except for Buddy being a brat. Like I said, he's my comedian. I talk to him, and he tilts his head, and looks like he's grinning.
