How dare they pick on my people like that. They were framed I tell you. They would have never stolen that car had they not left the window down!
I was a deputy a few years ago, and I actually had a guy tell me that. Said it wasn't his fault because the people left the window down on their car. The temptation was too much, and it was the vehicle owners fault he stole the car. I told him to tell that to the judge. Suprisingly he did.
He got 2 weeks at a state hospital for a psych eval, and 5 years for theft auto. Lucky for him stealing a chevette isn't considered "grand" theft auto...

A bunch of those people got assigned to a country work detail picking up litter by the side of the highway. One of them slipped off with a skanky caucasian street walker. When he returned he was detained and his defense was that he was merely picking up white trash.
