	I just love Hockey!!! I don't watch it much on TV but we have a local team and I've been to a number of their games.... it's a thrill!! Especially when they fight!!! I guess that's what I like most about it!

	I used to love watching the Houston Aeros live when they were really kick ass champions years ago. Their theme song was we are the champions by Queen. I remember setting four rows behind this lady wearing glasses trying to catch a hockey puck in mid flight. Needless to say she missed & it knocked her glasses off & knocked her smooth out.

	Hockey live is awesome if you have good seats. It doesn't hold my attention too well on TV. They come and go, but in addition to the NHL Dallas Stars, we always have two or three minor league hockey teams here that provide good entertainment value for the low cost. Half of the fun is the people watching. You get a lot of sleazy looking women and wrestling fans. The fights are quite common and trip to watch both in the stands and on the ice.

	I am one of the few hockey fans around in this area. I got hooked on it from my Dad and Grandpa, who are from Minnesota. I actually enjoy the college game more than the pros. But I do go down to a Kings game on occasion. But the atmospere at those games is just boring. We used to make the trip down to San Diego a couple of times a year to see the minor league team there, the Gulls. And like Bruce said that was some awesome people watching. And it is like being at the wrestling matches. The people would hardly even clap when a goal was scored, but when there was a fight (and there were plenty) the place would just erupt. Too bad they folded.

	Speaking of fights & Canucks Houston & Quebec were always fighting on the ice & battling for the championship. It was always exciting to watch these two teams play against each other

	The thing is, regular blue collar people cannot afford to go see a major league team. Now, being fair the Rangers do have a lot of great promotions to make it affordable for fans that are not affluent. The basketball team, the Mavericks, do pretty well also in that regard. The Stars and Cowboys, shit, if you can't pay cash for a Mercedes, they don't give a rat's fuck. Hell, parking for a Cowboy game is thirty bucks! Fuck them and their stadium!!
