I just returned from dinner with my boss, he was nice enough to take me out since I have been running ragged the past several days.

As he was taking me home and as we turn the corner onto my street we both at the same time spot a drug deal in motion. I almost did a double take - drug deals in my neighborhood and around the corner from my home. 2 boys/men sitting on the grass on the side of the house on the corner, a SUV pulling up, stopping, the driver jumping out and the switch is made, he jumps back in the SUV but can't speed off as we are now in our turn. - but I do give them all the evil eye.

I came into the house and immediately called for a squad car to go by the corner. Am I going to be the bad guy? I don't care if I am. I have lived in this quiet neighborhood for 7 years and I will be darned if I am going to allow the drug dealers to deal right from a street corner in plain view of children playing.

I have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the last couple of years but nothing prepared me for seeing drugs sold on the corner in a residential housing tract.

Hummmppphhhhh this really made me angry !!!!
