I am heading towards that big "50". There are day's when I really don't care if I have a man and then there are the other day's..One's where I want one.
Maybe I don't know what I want anymore. Except that I am sick of being used.

Well, Tammy, don't be overly concerned as the recognition of changes comes abruptly, even though they have been gradual and ongoing. The rules and the considerations are much different in your mid forties than they were previously. I tend to feel that the the recognition of your little girl turning into a young woman has tripped this trigger.
Very few of us that were once Adonis or Venus are anywhere near what we once were. What Mother Nature bestowed, Father Time has reclaimed. It has often been that way for many years but our mind set chose not to see it. Alas, the kitten sees that she is a cat.
Time waits for no one. With age comes wisdom and perspective and like accepting the transition of your daughter to becoming a woman, many revelations will be bestowed upon you. It becomes a bit of a paradigm shift that can initially produce fear and insecurities as the transitions progress. The squeeze of the changes won't turn out so bad as you are only belatedly recognizing the present and the future while releasing the past. Smile going forward and release your fears as bright days await you.

Luv ... you are a beautiful woman ... you just need to be remind of some of life's lessons ... Love yourself first ... If you can't love yourself then you can not ask or expect anyone else to love you ... start with you ... and Beauty lies and resides inside of us ... our heart and souls ... the outside is not true beauty ... the outside is tricks and illusions using smoke and mirrors ... I should know I am a Queen ... LOL ... When beauty shines inside of you it pours out for the whole world to see ... after all what is a smile ... inner beauty pouring out and I am sure you have a truly beautiful smile to share with the world and that one lucky man

The kind of man I want must love to clean, cook, iron my work clothes, do the laundry, love animals, have a good job so I can quit mine and lay around watching tv and eating ice cream.
I think you should post an ad with exactly this information and see what results you get.
I know it's tough right now but take it one day at a time and things will get better.

You know woman IF I was in ohio right now I would make a trip down there and kick your butt..............................................YOU are a wonderful woman ..................................................you just need to get some confidence and learn to love yourself.....................................................and when people tell you that it will happen when you least expect it ......................start listening ......because it does. Hell we are all getting older.................things that use to be in one place are now allowing gravity to take over.................................but just remember as woman age so do the men.........................................chin up darling....there is someone out there......................................................tho you may have to move back to MN to find him...................................

I was always told not to fill sorry for your self. And they were right! Stop looking in the mirrow and stop carring what you think other people may be thinking about you.The last thing i heard (Just on the syfi channal). You cant read minds.
Get and do something for your self start a hobby, Run through the net for meet groups were you can meet people face to face. This may sound hard, but everyone in the world can pat you on your back and asy poor thing, Its in the end were you are going to have tobe Pro-active. Hay. What do you have to loose?
