The trial for Davidson is supposed to start next month! I'm sure he WILL get the death penalty!!!! As much as I want them all to be executed, I wouldn't bet on it.I hate it for the families of those two kids if it was mine they wouldn't have made it out of that courtroom when they had the preliminary when all four of them were together............

Look at it this way, harder to win an appeal (and they ALL file appeals) from the Appellate court IF they are sentenced to Life or Life without possibility. Any death sentence gets them an automatic second trial (sometimes third, fourth etc) While it seems frustrating to think of them living while the victim(s) are not, it's harder on the families of those victims to keep going through the trials over and over and over again.

Any low-life scum like that deserves the death penalty. And not by any humane means, either. In fact, he could have committed a lot less "heinous" crime and I'd still believe he deserves the death penalty. People like that are not even HUMAN. I'd say, in situations where there is no doubt as to their guilt, fry 'em or shoot 'em right there on the witness stand, save us some of our valuable time and expense in a jury trial, and let God deal with them in the manner in which He sees fit. I consider myself a person incapable of violence, but it wouldn't take much for me to blow that sorry ass, worthless son of a bitch's head off.

Another animal on trial this week! This is the week for the lemaricus davidson trial.... so far, all they have done is put the victims on trial....  I'd just sooner see these fuckers shot on the street than to have to waste tax payer money on them! They are so guilty! This one won't get the death penalty either! It makes me sick to my stomach!

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! This piece of shit lemaricus davidson was found guilty on ALL but three charges! and he DID!!! get the death penalty!!!!!!!!! 4 times over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I hate that he has the opportunity to get appeals but at least he's sitting on death row as of Friday October 30, 2009!!!!!!!!!! Mother fucker!!!!!!!!!!!
Those parents did get some justice that day!! ! God love them!!!!!!!!!!! 
george thomas is next! But there isn't a whole lot of physical evidence on him so I'm not sure what he'll be found guilty of!!
Sorry if you don't find my blogs about this of any interest to you but it has been a very big topic in this community and a very sad ordeal for the victims and families involved... my heart will go out to them forever!!!!!!!!
