Ladies, which do you prefer, tampons or pads? Some women go with tampons for numerous reasons, while other women go with pads for reasons such as thinking the tampons would get lost or stuck up in them, or the fact that the chemical(s) on them can shock their systems. Which brand is the best for you?

This blog is meant for fun and informational. And yes, I do get turned on when women are on their periods. I have changed a few womens tampons over the years. Damn it's a thrill!

Even more important straddle, from a womans point of view, would you go to the store and buy them if she needed them but didn't want to go there? Or are you like some men ( and a few women) to embarrassed to do that?

I wouldn't have a problem going to the store and buying them for her! I'm the one who has a relationship with her... after all! To add a twist to an old saying: Hell hath no fury as a woman on her period- so, I better do what she asks!

I have no problem do that, it's just a normal part of life, and if you care about a person you should be happy to do as she request.

Now, now... women's periods came along, long before humans began to learn how to design and create things!

Glad those times are gone for me. Don't miss either one of them as they were uncomfortable and I swear had to be designed by men.

Strad, I would be interested in hearing your opinion on some of the alternatives to conventional pads and tampons, such as the Mooncup, Diva Cup, seasponge tampons, and washable, reusable menstrual pads.
Would you be willing to insert a mensrual cup for a woman? Would you be willing to remove it?
Would you be willing to wash her reusable menstrual pads?

All these comments and no one answered the question.

I'll brave it I guess.

Tampons cause they're cleaner.

Both..

Tampon's for heavy day's and night's and pads for the lighter days.

At my age, that becomes a good news /bad news question.

The good news is that I am still woman enough to have them, the bad news is that I have them.

Tampons. The kind without that extra annoying tube.

The sticky side of pads sometimes twist around and stick to my labia or my ass hole, wings or no wings. Then they don't do a damn thing that they are supposed to because they are not in the right place. It hurts to remove something that sticky from a part of your body that is that sensitive. With Murphy's law the sticky part manages to find that one long pubic hair that you missed while shaving. Ouch.

Aftershox, I find this comment highly insulting. Are you insinuating that those of us that due to surgery or age and no longer experience monthly menstrual cycles aren't women anymore?
As for your question Shawn, same as Tammy, combination of both, but also same as Dayna........thank God I don't have to buy those damn things anymore.

I'm with you LBS!! Just cause you don't have a period anymore, I most certainly don't feel like less of a woman... hell I'm not tied down with periods or PMSing and none of that shit..and I can have sex whenever I want to!!! . I wouldn't have it any other way! I feel for women who DO still have them!! Hysterectomies are the best thing since slice bread!! Controlling those hot flashes tho...... They can be brutal!!!

But to answer Strad's question... it was tampons all the way!!

The good news is that I am still woman enough to have them,

I agree with LBS on this being an insult..............Personally I don't think having or not having a period affected my femininity or being a woman........hell I am happier now not having it...........I don't suffer PMS, I don't have to worry about leakage, odor..........and I don't ever have to say no to sex...........and I don't have the cramps...........

So if not having a period makes me less of a woman aftershox........and I can guarantee I am woman enough to keep the man in my life not only happy but totally fucking satisfied............what would you do with a man that you loved that suddenly got ED.......would you kick him to the curb because you think he would be less of a man.............???

But then again, since i seem to remember that you like men who are barely out of their teens............maybe that's the reason why...............makes you feel younger cause you are afraid you are going to soon loose your woman hood................JMO

I guess this comment confuses me. Why does having a period make someone more of a woman than if she is passed that stage in her life or had medical reasons to never have one?

hmmm, makes no sense to me... and I can't imagine that I will be any less of a woman when I'm passsed this stage in life.
Yeap, that means I still have them too... but luckily far and few between now days..

And for those times tampons...............

...........I don't suffer PMS, I don't have to worry about leakage, odor..........and I don't ever have to say no to sex...........and I don't have the cramps...........
You bitch!!!

Oopps, sorry......... it must be that PMS thing at work. lmao

Wow, they make all those? Well hell yeah, I would help her with all that.

washable, reusable menstrual pads
However, I'm not sure a lot of women would even go this route.
