This is just too much for a parent to bear... posted 8/18/2009 8:35:17 PM | 0 kudos what's this?     report abuse   PinkToeNails There is a trial going on in Knoxville right now.... involving 5 defendants (animals). The death penalty will be sought for at least one of them... I think they should all get it! Anyone of them could have stopped this!! A young couple was out on a date one night and were carjacked, raped and brutally murdered. It has raised alot of tension in the community and brought the race card to the table.. victims were white and the perps were all black. This is one story.....From a local TV station Here's another...Snopes.com chris and channon The Snopes story claims it to be "mostly true" but it was all that and more truth to it, sickening truth... Their parents are beside themselves.... Her father has had many many set backs in the judicial process, but has soooooooo many people wanting to take care of those animals for him! The man is a wreck. Rightfully so, personally, I don't think I could take another breath in life if something like this happened to one of my children! So.... who opposes the death penalty if this was something you were facing?!?! Yeah, if it were my kid......they'd get the death penalty and I suppose I would sit my ass in prison for the rest of my life for it!! 	If they went along with it ? They are all guilty they should all be put to death. Does not matter if they were White, Black, Yellow, or Green.

	The death penalty will be sought for at least one of them... The article cited indicates the death penalty as possible, even likely, for several perpetrators. Cobbins, his brother Lemaricus Davidson, his friend George, Thomas and girlfriend Vanessa Coleman all face execution if they are convicted of the crimes.

	Thanks for pointing all that out Bruce.... but what are the chances they're all going to get the death penalty....they want the main one, davidson... but they're all accountable and should be held accountable ... 4 of them had every opportunity to do something about it... I don't care how scared cobbins was of his brother! This went on for days!!

	You're right, no parent should ever have to go through knowing something like this happened to their child. Im just sick to my stomach at the thought of what those parents are going thru!!! And what those kids went through before being murdered. How awful..

	If I were the father, my gut reaction would to do what Samuel Jackson did in the movie Time to Kill. Great movie..... Hopefully the "system" will work and they all get what they deserve.

	Sounds like another case for a naked, dick down on a fire ant hill to me.. Preferably on a canal bank in the 'Glades that has several alligators hangin' around
