Vaginally, the amount of the moisture surge makes it quite obvious if it is a real orgasm. But then again, do most men care beyond keeping the sperm bank open for the next deposit?

Actually, look for a flushing on the chest and forehead, erect nipples are also a tell tale sign. If you are inside, feel for an involuntary fluttering of muscles.

oh darn..didn't see this before. WoW, just FYI, the amount of "moisture surge" has nothing to do with it. In other words, a woman can have an orgasm without much (if any) "moisture surge," just like a man can have an orgasm without much, if any, "moisture surge" himself.
