	Buuurrrpppp... washhhhh dat yooouuuu shay? Well... I've made ethanol from a mash of sugar beets and yeast before, to burn as an alternative fuel- does that count???

	We are going to try to make vodka cherries this year. Ask again about christmas time if they came out alright.

	When I was a teenager, a friend of mine told me about making wine with grape juice, sugar and a balloon. Put it in my closet, the right amount of time. Dad discovered it. Laughed and said I was only making vinegar. He didn;t taste it though. It turned out to be mighty fine tasting and sparkled, was bubbly too like a champagne or spumanti. The 2nd time didn't work at all.

	Well...we don't MAKE wine per se...but we have this awesome recipe to "enhance" said wine which after some aging, makes it some heavenly stuff....sometimes even used in sacramental applications... Nuff said...

	I have made my own wine for the last 35 years. Usually wild cherry, strawberry, peach and white grape or some mixture of those flavors. The wild cherry will slip up on you. Gave my uncle a bottle for Christmas one year he said he could not even taste the alcohol but sure felt it when he tried to stand up.
