He won't put his belt on ever. That was just an example of being frisked, but the kid won't get why the cop touched his penis. I see these guys walking down the street in Mephis all the time with their pants hanging off their ass. Instead of wearing a belt they hold their pants on by holding them right about where their penis is. They look so stupid. They look like little boys holding on to a security blanket. It is pathetic. There are adds on CL from employers that are looking to hire people and they actually say that if your pants hang off your ass you need not apply. How funny is that?! It is sad.

I feel sorry for the cop! I'm sure the guys at the precinct will never let him live that down!

Some time back I heard that there was this guy on the talk circuit that would give talks to gang-bangers and their wanna be counterparts and the kids that wear their pants like that...he said that the whole trend started because guys would get thrown in jail and get their belts taken away so their pants would sag. He talks about how it is a PRIVELDGE to wear a belt and that they should be embarrassed to dress like that...or something to that effect anyway. I probably half-asses the story up...knowing me.

I saw on TV not very long ago where a guy broke into an appliance store or something I think it was in Nashville. He heard the sirens of the cop cars coming and he ran out of the store just as a police cruiser pulled up with his in car camera on. The guy was wearing his pants loose like that and didn't have his shoes tied. The cop started chasing him and right away he ran out of his shoes and shortly after that his pants fell down and tripped him and all the cop had to do is put cuffs on him. He more or less caught himself LOL
