Here's the question: How far are you willing to move if you knew there was a job waiting for you when you got there? (Assuming the money was right)
- Not Move - Move Across Country - Move Overseas - Move To The Closest State - Move To The Closest Town/City
How far are you willing to go?

Ive been offered good money to move out of state before....didn't take it. I don't like change which is why when I bought my house, I bought it across the street from where I lived

I would move to another country, depending on the country (I'm not good at languages for one thing), As for moving across the country, it depends on the area I'd be moving to. I actually prefer having different seasons, and yes I admit it i'm sick and like winter. Hey I knit and spin so I gotta be able to wear all the things I make.

Been all over this country for jobs before. Some turned out good for awhile, some bad. I will never regret getting to see so much different country in our country and to meet so many different people, yet they all live in the same country as well, lol.

I've moved out of state a few times from Mobile, AL to Silicon Valley, CA for work! I'd do it again if I had the chance!

If it could get out of Fayettenam (Fayetteville), NC I would be packing the moving van myself. The world is too big to stay in one place your whole life.

Overseas, absolutely -- as long as I knew a fair amount about the city and country I was moving to.

If the money was good, and good vacation pay, I'd move to another state. I wouldn't move to another country though....I wouldn't want to try moving 5 dogs to another country....they might bark the wrong way and get us deported.

If I were looking for a job and needed support my family and /or myself, I would move anywhere for a good job. Before I moved to Los Angeles after graduation I had never been more than 150 miles from my home. College was 80 miles from home and the first time away from my family. So why not.
Look at the benefits, a great job and a chance to learn a lot. That is for people who want to learn. Personally, I never want to stop learning. Laura

If I needed a job and my life would not be in danger I would move. Depending on if I liked the job and the money was acceptable.

If the job (including working conditions) and money were right, I would move to another country (well, there might be a few that I would not move to) with the stipulation that I would have the time and money to either fly back to see family on a regular basis or have them to come see me. I'd really enjoy living in Europe again.

if it was a rock solid ,long term job, paying decent money to support my family I'd seriously consider selling my house and even move the thousands of miles to America.doesn't have to be anything fancy, long as it was a regular paying job struggling to make ends meet from one payday to the next sucks big time, especially when you have written contract's with government bodies supposedly guaranteeing you a regular income and they're not worth the paper they're written on... til you do something wrong.
