	Sliding a green hockey puck your way! My husband was a career Army officer. He served two tours in Viet Nam as an artillery commander. He lost many of his buddies whom as he said, "shall remain forever twenty-six." He survived four helicopter crashes and being shot down twice. On one occasion he was the last man on the ground under fire because he wanted his men flown out first. The helicopter captain returned for him against orders while still under fire and couldn't land, thus my husband embraced the skids and lived to tell the tale. This is just a small slice of life from the battle field most people never reckon with... thank you for your meaningful post.
