OK so I wrote this to a male coworker and he reported me to HR for sexual harassment and said this was unwanted and he didnt know where it was coming from yesterday, now mind you my lil big man is my son and we have been having convo for work related issues and always played around until yesterday, now the account is being taken away from me and it made me feel dirty...
what do you think

Hon, You have to remember in this climate we live in today one needs to be very careful and sure other know exactly what you are saying and/or suggesting. Knowing now who your "lil big man" is the message isn't much a problem. But if I didn't know I can see how it could easily be misunderstood. Just be clear and concise and careful who you send messages to would probably be the safest other than not sending any at all.

This is obviously the tail end of an ongoing conversation....But based on what you put here, the company has opened themselves up to a hugh lawsuit by calling it Sexual Harrassment. If this is what they are accusing you of, you need to demand an explaination. If they balk, contact an attorney.....

I'm noone...but this needs to be explained... to the HR!!!! Communication is Everything!!!! 
I have that problem here... ppl take what i say wrong!!! And I end up being the Bad Guy!!! I joke and kid around...Hell I even pick like a Bro. would....but some don't know that... My Bad!!!
