Long time no see! I have recently gotten a couple emails from friends I have here that actually remember me  as I have not been around for quite a long time. So I figured I would give a quick update on what I have been up to.
I have been working LOTS! and been spending time with a guy who treats me very well. Its nice to have company and feel cared for. But I guess the biggest thing is that I havent been feeling well for a while. I finally discovered what has been ailing me for about 6 months or more. I have gall stones! And just recently found out I will be having surgery to remove my gall bladder sometime this summer - if I can stand the pain that long. Anyways, its finally nice knowing what is wrong! Now I know how to somewhat avoid the pain if possible.
I really hope all my friends here are doing well and I appologize for not being around much, but I know you all have lives outside of here, as do I. Take care and hope to keep in touch with those who care! Have a wonderful day! And to my Canadian friends, Happy Victoria Day!

hey Loveable!! wb - sorry about the gall stones!! I had mine removed right before Christmas and it wasn't that big of a thing except for the hospital bills that I'm STILL paying. Out patient, lap choli is the way to go, had surgery that morning and was home sitting up that evening even without the drugs. That's for the 2nd day after all the high grade drugs wear off. After going through gall bladder attacks, the surgery is a walk in the park. You'll do fine. But I have to question why they are waiting so long? And if it's due to ins, that totally sucks. Be safe and take care...

Welcome back christine, glad you found someone that makes you smile. The room is right, the surgery is a piece of cake. Give it about a week after & then start moving around that's what i had to do. Janet
