I'm watching Paranormal Investigators. There was a commercial/preview of a new series called "Tattoo Highway". It's about a mobile tattoo artist. Says he's gonna drive around and listen to everyones tattoo story.

Do you think every tattoo has a story?

Or can it be just because?

I know mine do, and it seems everyone I know no matter what the tat is has some sort of a story.
