Welcome everybody to the first ever AMD excersise blog. As most of you know I am fat. I need to get into shape. It will lead to a happier lifestyle. So I'm going to try to do this through a blog and whoever wants to join in they can.

First I'll give everyone a couple minutes to get some water and tennis shoes on.

After two minutes of posting this I'll then begin to list excersises that I will be doing. After I complete the excersise I'll give myself and other participants a moment to catch their breath and then proceed to the next excersise.

Sound like fun? Okay. Go get what you need, the program will start in 2 minutes.

Well, first of all I pelled exercise wrong.

The first exercise will be toe touches. This will help us get stretched out. I will do 20 and get right back to you all.

The next exercise is crunches. I'm going to do 25 of these.

Wow, that was harder than I thought.

For the next exercise I am going to run in place for 3 minutes with my hands straight out in front of my body. brb

Okay next I'm going to lunges. If you're not sure how to do them - step out away from your body with your right foot and bend your right knee. Come back up and do the other leg.

Sex has got to be the best excercise you can get! If you're doing it right anyway!!

Walking is GREAT excercise!!

I was a little optomistic, I only got 10.

For the next exersise simple calf stretches. Just stand up on your toes as high as you can.

I'm going to do 20 of these.

Damn, I did.

Did anyone at participate? Is something you would like see every couple of days?

I know there is people on here that can use a could work out. This one about killed me just to tell youo how out of shape I'm in.

I think this is a wonderful idea PP!! I'll join you...sorta...in my own way. I do mostly power walking and the resistance exercise I do at the gym. I'm still trying to learn the hoola hoop...it's good exercise too.

I was sicker than a dog last night so right now I'm recouping but I will go walking afterwhile. I'll start the gym on Monday.

If no one wants to take this serious and do it in blogs then you and I can do it together in e-mails. We'll do progress reports and encourage and support each other.

I want my good health back. I want to get off high blood pressure medicine. I don't wanna become a full blown diabetic. I wanna FEEL GOOD again.

So here's to us and our new venture to good health!
