I blame the American People,  I know ... but it's true,  We should have drug a few of these yokels down the street in chains and hung em in town squares all across this land years ago,  or maybe burned em at the stake, I still haven't made up my mind.
Its like a great heard of cattle, all standing shoulder to shoulder, greedily consuming all before them as they mindlessly stagger through life. .... when one mindlessly takes a step, they all take a step to fill the void between em, so as to more easily feed from there nabobs portion. Munching there way across the savanna, leaving the moral landscape behind them desolate and scared. If one should step out of line, having seen the cliff ahead, the ones behind will trample him to get at the feed he vacated. It's personal greed really, it's a net/sum game now, with no one considering what "Free" is going to cost them, especially from our Government. For every windfall someone must lose, someone else must pay.
I am appalled, disgusted, disillusioned by the American People in this day and age, my heart weeps as I watch the greedy carrion we have become, gorge themselves on the dyeing body of the Republic our fathers bequeath to us. And most of all ppl like me, those of us that have invested so much, sacrificed everything, and could allow this to happen before our eyes.  That is my great shame, an on the particular dark days, I admonish God with my prayers, (I suppose that's a sin too ) for not taking me with my mates all those many years ago, (ya know, I can't even remember there faces clearly any more.  ) and cursing me to bare this guilt to my grave.
But guilt or no, I have one last duty to perform ...
I WILL NOT GO TO MY GRAVE ... SILENT!
