Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed. 2) They buy NEW American cars. Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed. 3) They either buy a house or pay off their mortgage- Housing Crisis fixed. All National financial problems fixed!!! Okay, what's next? 	You're proposing this idea to the President and his cabinet, where the term "intelligent rational" is like an oxymoron! Because.......... they're, well... MORONS!! Still a good idea though! But the idea of 40 million instant millionaires, that could give them more power than what they have while financially suppressed, scares politicians. No, no- it's all too logical- they (politicians) can't handle logical! JMO

	I see only two problems here: 1. That's 40 trillion dollars we're talking here. That's several times the Federal budget that even a spend-happy president like Obama could come up with. 2. Doling out money to a whole demographic with the stipulation that they spend it on a particular set of companies but not another is flirting dangerously close to communism.
