I commented on my on blog about this. First off, educate yourself. Don't download anything that you don't trust. Pictures and .pdfs are cool. Avoid people that mass mail crap with forwards or forwards. Most of this shit enters your PC from emails. If you run people and their posts through yahoo or other sites, it will be scanned, not so with most ISP providers.

i run a very unique 2X2, 2X2, 2X2 Macintosh system that involves an array of two different Macintosh platform operating systems backed up by two integrated external hard drives in a cross platform configuration. It is a three deep back up to either platform with automation in real time. My business depends upon functionality by the computers.
