How many people still watch the WWE (formally the WWF)? If so are you going to get the Wrestlemania XXV pay-per-view on April 5? I used to love watching that shit, even though we all know it's fake. It's pretty fucking entertainment, ya know, with the storylines and a blast from a past with former wrestlers that's are icons, and making a brief storyline return for the money and ratings. I started checking Monday Night Raw out again (first time in about two years) about a month ago and saw the build up hype with Wrestlemania XXV where they had Roddy Piper on one week, and a few more old time icons the next week with a storyline that will be played out this Wrestlemania.

Who is/are your favorite all-time wrestler(s)? Mine would be Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper.

Hmmm....maybe we should get something with the women on here and hold a Straddlemania.

I don't know any.

The last restlemania I watched cost $60.. That's when I said Fuck It and stopped
watching that shit. Although most is fake, some is not. But very little. To many
injuries and deaths have been caused by it.

I would like to see Shawn Michaels defeat the Undertaker in this Wrestlemania, but I doubt that it will be written that way.

Great one DKW.

Wrestling was very popular in the fifties and early sixties also. My grandmother loved it when I was a little kid. She is the only adult I ever knew that watched it.

I could never understand how somebody could spend sixty bucks to watch a few hours of television. Several years ago, one of my coworkers, a Hispanic guy, spent a princely sum on a pay per view boxing match and had a bunch of people over. His brother went in with him on it and his brother had to take a dump and missed the fight that was a first or second round knockout.

Not just men watch Wrestling, I used to watch it as a child and then as an adult. While I no longer watch it, there where a lot of wrestlers I liked, both in WWF and WCW, yeah its been a few years. There where a lot of good wrestlers back then, I was a fan of Brett Hart, and can't really remember the names of others, except the road warriors and the steiner brothers, I liked them too.
