Has anyone been getting frequent "Network Timeouts" after clicking on links?

I get these errors often and it always points back to the website's servers when you click on a link! They can't all be having problems with their servers.

I'm thinking it's my ISP (Internet Service Provider) which is a cable company! Seems it started about 3 or 4 weeks ago when I got an email from the cable company about their new upgrades, making the service better and faster. Well... the errors they are causing are faster, that's for sure! I'm just curious! Guess I'll have to break down and call my cable company- much as I hate to do it! That's a pain in it's self!
