I stopped last night to listen to a blues singer, and the place was nearly empty. I was on my way to the office this am and the streets were empty. This place is pretty quiet. The sun is shining...it's warming up...the snow is pretty much gone...could it be...SPRING?????

I wasn't buying so it it would have been ill mannered to invite others. It is a big statement that there all of these women sitting around and I, a 57 YO guy, is the one who gets taken out to lunch by a handsome man who is a single gentleman.
The rest of the story is that he is looking to buy a home and this morning we looked at few and I explained how it all works and things to look for when checking them out.
