So what's the deal with the Dixie Chicks? It's been a while since they said they were ashamed to be Americans, hasn't it? I suppose a lot of people forgave them when the war went bad and there were no WMD. But the hardcore rednecks still hate them, right?
I have an idea. We'll let bygones be bygones. As long as they do something for us. Something special. Let's all write down our ideas on this blog. My idea is that they make blow-bang dvd with the entire Ohio State football team. I get to write the script and direct!

I don't listen to country..so I don't know who they are. But, for the record, I don't agree with a lot of what Ted Nugent has to say..but I still love his music. He has his beliefs, I have mine, but damn!! Good music is good music, I'm not going to stop listening to Nugent just because I might not agree with something he says.

As I recall, they didn't diss America, they dissed George W. Bush and the state of Texas. I don't remember them saying anything about the rest of us.

i don't know about me being an hard core american but i never liked them after that and i never heard an apology...maybe if i had..or a real one i might have changed my mind. i hate it when celebrities use there star status to run down other politicians..its a huge turn off for me! i would never vote for someone just because all of hollywood was behind them.
