I'd be concerned about loss of sensitivity from a poor placement and/or infection. Not only for myself but for anyone doing this. Not sure the pros could out weigh the cons. Just have to take a peek at dmbchick's link to get an idea of why not...

Amusing little twist on serial/slasher flicks....this guy does his victims in by piercings, very exotic ones...
Features Dee Snider from Twisted Sister, and Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger )from the Nightmare on Elm Street series. Has somewhat of a cult following and they keep trying to get him to make a sequel.
When he describes the "Ampallang" piercing during the movie, my legs automatically cross every time...

i'd say save yourself the hassle of having something like this done as a permanent measure and try using something like this
it should pretty much give the same feeling without the permanance of surgical procedures! imagine getting that done, and after the novelty value, you don't want it anymore...
plus, the product in the link vibrates... i seriously doubt anyone would want to have vibrating beads implanted... ouch!
