I'm not sure - I've heard that some security settings can cause that. Check your anti-virus software settings, and your firewall settings if you have one (highly recommended to have a firewall!) If those aren't the problem, contact the Magic Beach Balls (the AMD Techies) and see if they can help. Good luck!
