I'm off till Sunday night, and I'm not sure what plans I'll have this weekend since I hate planning things, because something almost always come up to where I usually cancel my plans. Anyway, did anyone watch my Bengals on the NFL network tonight? Time Warner doesn't carry the NFL network here but thankfully it was on a Cincinnati tv station to where that station bought rights to it, so I did get to watch it. My Bengals won over Baltimore 13-7!  Okay, about Ohio State....I would like to see my Ohio State against USC for the national title game on Jan.8. If they face each other I will go on record saying that Ohio State will win 31-17. Okay, enough with sports. I seem to not be able to get into the Christmas spiritas of yet, I guess I have been a little stressed out lately, and the fact that it seems like every year the Christmas season starts earlier and earlier with the ads on tv and the music. I like Christmas, but when early too early? With Thanksgiving that's come and gone I still have one or two chocolate pies left after bringing them home from my family's Thanksgiving dinner. That does surprise me because usually I eat them like there's no tomorrow. Haha I guess I'm a little stressed and nervous about what that DNA test will show, or not show should I say. That's playing a role in my stress a little. I'm hoping she's mine, but if she is there's going to be so many things to deal with concerning her. She has a lot of problems as far as being unruly to having no respect for anyone that cares about her. Also, the people in her everyday life aren't much, and it's rubbing off more and more on her. I was told today by her aunt that she lies and plays head games. Hmmm...Something to worry about? lol But I have to shake this stress thing. Lets move on to something else....My coughing is still somewhat there, but it's getting better to where I'm not coughing all that much right now.

I know how you feel about not being excited about christmas yet. Usuallt this time of year i'm singing every christmas song i know (traditinal or the ones i hear on Dr. Demento) and itching to get a tree up and decorated, but it seems this year i pass all that stuff by apathetically. Maybe it's cuz i miss my girls...

Hey Sir Straddle, I'm over here thinking about you - in fact, was wondering last night what's up with the test and hoping things turn out the best for you. And I hear you on the Xmas tip...I just can't seem to get into the mood this year, and normally I'm a-singing my favorite Chipmunk Xmas songs (yeah, traditionals songs but so much cuter when it's Simon, Alvin, and Theodore - who, by the way is SO hot! LOL ;) I did manage to drag out my little winter city, though it's still in the boxes - I hate re-arranging my apartment to make room for all this stuff! I'll get there - if for no other reason than the grandkids...Anyway, guy, I hope you feel better really soon!!!

I understand about the Christmas spirit. I'm sitting at home (from work the second day in a row) under 1 1/2 foot of snow thinking just how MUCH I love winter.. NOT! I live clear back in the woods and probably won't see a snow plow until tomorrow. *Sigh*....When I lived in Hawaii two years, I NEVER missed the traditional white Christmas. Still don't...
