My Mother calls to have me pay her bills online for her. My daughter (who's 9) picks up the phone upstairs thinking she's going to listen to us talk and hear what she is getting for Christmas. Yes, we can tell when someone picks up another phone. My Mom says to me, "Madison still hasn't gotten me a present after I have have bought her Plenty!!" I tell her Madison still have almost $30 to spend on a gift for her. Madison then pipes in and says "Mamaw you're not getting JACK SQUAT!!!" We Burst out Laughing and both say at the same time JACK SQUAT where did you ever hear that term from? She says I dunno and we continue to crack up.
We went shopping last night and found Mamaw the perfect gift! A back massager pad with heat! And yes, it cost more that $30..LOL We get home and my daughter calls Mamaw and tells her she got her the perfect Jack Squat gift!!! Kids, can't live with then, can't live without the laughter they cause!!!
