Intelligence,charm,and charisma...personally,if he hasn't got it on the inside,it won't help his looks much.
HOWEVER...since we seem to be superficial here: Long dark or auburn/red hair;hairy chests;height...although some short men can turn me on in that adorable "oh look,he can fit in my pocket" kinda way. Also,I'm an eye-person: long eyelashes on a guy....haaawt! Blue,green,hazel and warm brown seem to do something to me...*sigh* Lastly smiles: a well-taken care of mouth is attractive....mmm,soft lips.
