Once again I'm forced to stray from the topic of sex in the sex blogs section. This time to point out a very obvious fact. Emotions have no place in the halls of justice.

Once you get a jury all emotional, they are easy to manipulate. They stray away from facts and reason at your whim, and ignore instruction. It's no longer about what extent a person is guilty under the law - if done in the sentencing phase, and not about evidence and reason if done earlier.

Why did I name this Blog West Memphis Three?

Becouse that is the ultimate example of emotions skewing fact. Science and reason bludgened to death with a gavel.

youre' absolutely. in the song red-fascist rag by the 13th tribe
we are reminded of the movie starring clint eastwood, hang 'em high.
in this one clint is wandering around cattle that were rustled.
he looks guilty as sin. he is taken immediately and hung.
but the audience knows the real guilty guy is in the crowd
that hung him. unknown to them, an indian boy is nearby
sees the whole scene and cuts down clint eastwood
before he is choked to death. and clint then becames
a us marshal under a judge who demands real justice
not bullshit justice. or otherwise known as buffalo chips justice.

you are not straying from the topic of sex.
sex crimes my friend. there millions of those
every single day. consider that? read
the ten commandments. upon which
all law is based. the ten bill of rights
basically referred to sexual anarchy.
wanna get raped and murdered by the bi-sexual axe murderer tonight?
i certainly don't. when strolling with friends, the bi-sexual axe
murderer suddenly leaped from nowhere wielding axe
and made them all bow and be buttfucked. then
wielding again the sword of justice, he axed off their heads.
then ran like hell into the night. it was very bi of him. or was it a she?
or an it? or someone from another galaxy who had just landed
in the parking lot of a 7-11? the discovery of the dead was most vile.
and so again, they flew off to another galaxy with photos
and an exciting story of a raid on planet earth. put that
in your pipe and smoke it. have a nice pipe dream.
peace forever eh? yeah, sure. apaches smoke peace pipe
today and forever? mostly they do war dances. enjoy. a day of love
and laughter ahead. in the twilight zone.

There are pros and cons to this. I can certainly see your point of view on this, Beefy, but I also know that if my mom, daughter, and/or a family member of mine was murdered, or even involved in a fatal traffic accident where the other person was at fault, I would want to show a video of their life for more than just getting a tougher sentencing for that person. I would want to put a face of life on my relative(s) to that jury to what I and others have lost. What if your mother or father, or sibbling, or child even was murdered....you wouldn't want to show a video of them in court for any reason?

And that's why I said in his blog and now in your blog....those videos should be saved for the funeral, not in court.
