Who do you think is going to be in the BCS title game? posted 11/29/2008 12:04:36 AM | 2 kudos what's this?     report abuse tagged: sports, football, straddle   StraddleMyNose I talked with Megan (Sunshine79) earlier tonight over the phone and she said that she's missed my blogs on here and wanted me to start blogging again. I told her that I would try to blog Saturday night, but thought that I would instead blog right now. Been watching some of the college football games of late and I'm pulling for a few teams for each BCS bowl. I want Texas to play either Florida or Oklahoma in the title game. As for the Rose Bowl, I think it's going to be USC going against Penn St. Where does that leave my Ohio St.? Hopefully in either the Sugar bowl against Cincinnati, or the Citrus Bowl. I'm hoping for the Sugar Bowl though. As for the other bowl games, still a little too early to try to determine most of them at this time. What do you all think....who do you think, or want in the title game? Who do you think will play against who in the other bowl games? 	Hmm..tough decision....residing in Jersey would have liked Rutgers to get in...but not happening this year.. ...But believe it or not have always likes Ohio State...Graduated a State University ...usually root for east coast teams...Oklahoma probably has the best shot to play Texas...but my bet is on Florida...Penn State is also up their on my list of favorites... I'll have a better run down as the bowl games filter out...Nice Blog... Jim

	I want a fucking playoff system! Here's my plan. Conference games start the season. After 7 weeks, the conference championships are played. Then, ALL conference champs (not just BCS conferences) are seeded, and the playoffs begin. During the playoffs, the remaining teams play non-conference games, such as traditional rivals, D2, local high schools, etc. When the season is over and the two teams who will play for the national championship have been decided, then the other bowls can select their teams. Sorry for the rant. I can't wait for college basketball to pick up steam. And yes, I'm an ACC guy!
