i needed sum advice
everyone i kno here have big ass tattoo's and well..i had lil tinny ass ones so it was no hassle to take care of... but now i got a big ass one
:so..yeah..i heard that vaseline aint good for it
:but thats what ive been puttin on it..and well..ive had it for 5 days..and its like...itchy and well..when i passed my fingers on it...sum ink came off..like..peeling
:i kno that peelin is normal..but ..still
it worries me .... anyone help ?? ... AND YESSS... too all my peepps.. ima post a pic..u guys no that all the new tats and piercings have a link to them..bahahaha...well..ima be on here more often now.. ima have myself a new comp =]

Also keep it clean and periodically change the bandaging.

I meant next time...this time your already to the peeling stage and...well unless its swollen and smells lke lunch meat...well your pretty much i the clear. Nothing to do.
Pretty much everything I posted was a setup for the maggots....
I have an uncle who's a part time tatoo artist (used to be a trucker but due to diabeties he's no longer legaly allowed to drive a rig....yeah thats the yooper side of my family) and from what he's told me, there aint much to worry about at this stage, and nothing you could do topicaly that would be of great help...if you had an infection it would be blood born and or spreading by now, and you would need antibiotics.
Now do you feel better?

When I got my tat, I used Vitamin A & D ointment under a bandage for two weeks. No itching, no peeling, no problems. Give it a shot!

It's just what they call "tattoo snot". My tat did that (which was expected) and it still looks great after >14 years.
