Sheila I understand what you mean, I think. You need a partner to help with losing some weight and if you'd have someone at home to come home to it'd be easier. Do you like to cook? If so, home cooked food is often more healthy than what you get outside the home, so that might help. An excersise partnet would help to as the only way I've been able to lose weight is to excercise as well.
