Yeah, another one about this years election.

For the last year, I've come to realize that MSNBC, Fox, CNN, are not "news" channels..they are cheerleaders for the candidates they want their viewers to vote for. For the past month now, I've stopped watching all 3 of them because I've gotten tired of their tactics. They are getting to be almost as bad as the politicians. Don't believe me? Try watching Keith Oberman on MSNBC...he rips on Fox, and Bill OReilly is his favorite target. Now, to be fair, if you watch Fox, you will see OReilly rip on Oberman. On CNN, Lou Dobbs has gone from being sensible, to being over zealous on his views on immigration, spending, etc. But..I will be fair, CNN will actually report on more news than the other two.

I miss my Fox and Friends in the morning, but their rhetoric there has me wanting to climb walls. It would be so nice if all the anchors on these networks would report news WITHOUT being so damned obvious on who they want you to vote for. I watch my local news here, and I couldn't begin to guess which candidate they would vote for because they don't "show" their preferences, they are professional. The big 3 need to learn from them.

Ok...I'm done with my rant.

Amen sister!! I managed to dodge the BS tonight by watching Comedy Central and an interesting interview with Steve Martin. Now the reconvened World Series is on and it appears to be playable, C ya.

A valid rant, SugarSpice. Add Time, Newsweek, and Florida Today to your list. NY Times has always been bad but 'we report you decide' appears to be all in the past.

I have to say, at least Slush Blimpblob admits to being biased.

Cheerleaders? Excellent choice of words!

However, I now have an image of Sean Hannity wearing a cheerleader outfit....

I'm scarred for life!

Just thought I'd share.....
